JOIN OUR
MINISTRY

Thank you for taking the time to visit us. I’m a Christian, husband, father, grandfather, and fitness enthusiast. For five years I was a personal trainer while earning my degree in mental health counseling. I love to share what I’ve learned and encourage others to get moving in whatever way lights them up. Praying your spark ignites, let us know if we can help.
